All staff, including fire escape technicians, inspectors and engineers, are trained and certified by the National Fire Escape Association and or the National Fire Escape Academy. All work performed by specialist fire escape technicians who are licensed EPA Renovators for working on leaded fire escapes.
Property owners must understand the certification process for fire escapes, required by state and local fire and building codes.
Conducts the training of Engineers, Architects and other Professionals for certification as Certified Fire Escape Engineers.
Conducts the training of vendors in the standards and procedures of fire escape restoration and painting to be Certified Fire Escape Technicians.
Offers supplies for vendors or for property owners doing self-maintenance with the recommended sealant, primer, and paint. We provide replacement parts like treads with the proper bolts or a whole Fire Escape In A Box – custom made and delivered to site for third party installation.
