perfect do you have enough information to get this done do you feel that with another engineer another architect another ironware company do you guys feel that you have enough information to get it done right at least you know what I'm saying um or as close to right as possible you believe that yes well then we've succeeded we still want you to give us the job we still want to be the the company you know what I'm saying that helps you we've given you so many options very few people are going to give you a five year option or as we call it what you guys are asking for is it kick it down Kick the Can down the road for five more years and we promise to come back and do the right thing we offer that too so it's not just you know hey it's the Cadillac service we offer the bronze solution also but again with the city official uh approval so the key to doing it this way is a Load Test which we're now doing over the next one to three weeks we're low testing everything providing what's called a um um deficiency report of what we now need to fix as a result of this load testing the minimums and um and again we can get this done right away and we can have a document for you on for April 10th otherwise as you know um the key right now is the the city official wants to know who's the responsible party okay and if we're the responsible party we'll call them we'll keep them informed and we'll move these things and the documentation you have is what get you as they say out of jail otherwise they're gonna they're gonna want to speak to a responsible party such as an engineer an architect or a certified fire escape inspector and again we're all three um to let them know what the action plan what's going to be the action plan."
Yeah, and one thing I want to mention as well, and we pride ourselves on again educating our clients as much as we can. We did want to briefly ask you based off our initial zoom today how educated and prepared you feel after speaking with us at the Fire Escape Services Network.
"Oh, I feel this, this, this whole thing, not just this conversation, but even in the previous phone call with Cisco in a meeting with Austin. I mean, this has been great. What an, I mean, the whole thing is an education for me. I've never had experience like this. And now I look at, seriously, as I was driving home with the other day, I was looking at all the, there are so many fire escapes everywhere that you just kind of, they blend into the landscape is ridiculous. This is just imperative to know, you know, to have some, some working knowledge of this whole system. That's really great."

First let me thank you for working so quickly to get the Home up to compliance due to the City of Philadelphia's mandatory fire escape inspections. I appreciate the time you took to explain the process, why things needed to be done, and the patience you had answering my many- many- questions! The crew that you sent to do the first set of repairs was professional, adept at their job, and left the grounds looking better than when they started. And what was especially appreciated and extremely helpful was the oversight provided. It gave me a chance to review what we spoke about, to visually see what was needed to be done, but most importantly gave me the opportunity to get other bids for the work if I 'Choose to do so. This was (but is less now) an area I knew nothing about, and your guidance, process, and reports made it a lot less painful!

Fire Escapes Engineers managed an exceedingly difficult situation during a national pandemic by delivering a solid game plan and restoration alternatives for the fire escape restoration at our 214 Chilean condominium. Navigating the world of Fire Code and older buildings with aging fire escapes can be a daunting one. When I was introduced to Scott Waniak and his team at Fire Escape Engineers I was immediately put at ease.
